On plans with advanced white-labeling, yes. System notifications send from your agency's address instead of the vendor's, so clients never see the underlying platform's name in their inbox. Cloud Campaign includes branded email and a custom domain on the Agency plan; standard white-labeling on Team covers dashboards and client-facing links.
Agencies audit the dashboard and the approval page carefully, then forget the notification. Every time content is ready for review, an automated email arrives in the client's inbox. If that message comes from the software vendor's domain and carries the vendor's name in the sender field or footer, it undoes the branding work everywhere else. Email is also the surface clients see most often, because they read the notification before they ever open the link.
Vendors implement this in one of three ways, and the difference matters. Some let you turn system emails off entirely, which means you send your own notifications manually. Some let you change the display name while the underlying sender address stays on the vendor's domain, which a client can still see by expanding the header. The strongest version sends from your agency's own domain after DNS authentication, so the message is indistinguishable from anything else you send. Ask which of the three you are getting.
Which emails can be rebranded, and which cannot. Does the sender address use my domain, or only my display name. Do I need to configure DNS records, and does the vendor support that. What appears in the footer. And critically, does this apply to every automated message, including password resets and system notices, or only to approval notifications.
Standard white-labeling on the Team plan at $199 per month covers branded dashboards and client-facing surfaces. Advanced white-labeling on the Agency plan at $299 per month adds custom domain and agency-branded email, which is the layer that covers the inbox. Both plans include unlimited users. Details are on the white-label platform page.
Set up a test client workspace with your own address as the reviewer, trigger an approval notification, and read the message the way a client would: sender name, sender address, subject, body, footer, and link destination. Five minutes of testing settles what a feature list cannot.
