When does billing start?

14 days after CloudStudio is activated on your workspace.

Do I need to be a Cloud Campaign customer to use CloudStudio?

Yes, CloudStudio runs inside Cloud Campaign. If you’re not set up yet, we’ll walk you through it on a quick demo.

How long does it take to get started?

Activation usually happens within 1 business day. Once it’s live, you can submit your intake form for each workspace and we’ll start creating your content right away.

What does “done-for-you” actually include?

We create 15 unique posts per month, including captions, and schedule everything for you. You just review and approve.

Can I make changes to the content?

Yes. You can make minor directly, or send feedback if you want bigger changes.
